sesame cold noodles

OMG -- my friend made me some sesame cold noodles and now I want to make it myself... Does anyone have any good recipes?

    3. put some sesame sause on em!
    4. enjoy!!

    6. i was joking. ITS NOT a real recipe but i bet if you made it it would be good! call me if you do.

    i just made this for dinner!

    the recipe for the sauce i made tonight was improvised but these are the approximate amounts of each ingredient.

    2 tablespoons of shoyu
    2 tablespoons of mirin
    3 tablespoons of rice vinegar (dark kind preferred)
    teaspoon of sesame oil
    2 chilis
    1 clove of garlic
    piece of ginger
    1 green onion
    some nori flakes
    1/3 cup of sesame paste
    1/2 cup of stock

    put all of that in the blender and served over some fresh noodles i bought in oakland chinatown this afternoon.

    i like sesame noodles like this:

    1-2 spoons of rice vinegar,
    dollop of peanut butter,
    spoon of soy sauce
    crushed ginger,
    spoon of mirin,
    a couple drops of sesame oil
    2 or so spoons of crushed sesame seeds
    salt/pepper

    blend together and toss with rice noodles, julienned pea pods, carrots, apple or jicama

    this is one of my fave noodle salads of all times though -
    dressing:
    a couple spoons of white miso
    a couple spoons of mayo
    a couple spoons of soy sauce
    crushed ginger,
    a couple spoons of mirin,
    a spoon of rice vinegar,
    juice of 1/2 orange
    orange zest,
    1-2 spoons crushed sesame seeds
    salt/pepper
    blend it all up

    carmelize 1/2 onion in olive oil, deglaze with mirin, add a handful of corn kernels. set aside to cool

    julienne, peapods, jicama, cucumber, carrots

    dice up small slivers of sharp white cheddar

    mix all the stuff together and serve tossed in cold soba noodles
