if you want to come to the east bay, Shen Hua on College avenue makes excellent homeade noodles! There vegetarian dumplings are quite incredible! They have a great noodle dish with a peanut sauce and fresh waterchestnuts.
hmmm after thinking about this, i think i need to go make lunch, now!

i went to try the handpulled noodles at san wong in j-town. they were super cheap and pretty tasty. the food in general came in large portions, not greasy, and decent. the black bean sauce noodles were definitely the highlight.

the other handpulled noodles i heard about was at a restaurant called "so" on irving st. gonna try that next..
